PRIVACY / INFORMATION PRACTICES

Your inquiries.
Handled with care.

This notice explains what the ESBA public website contact and support forms collect and how information is used to respond to submitted requests.

PRIVACY NOTICE / REVIEW DRAFT

This is a proposed public-facing notice pending ESBA legal review. It describes the known website form behavior; it is not a representation of audited corporate privacy policies.

Information you provide

When you submit an ESBA inquiry or support request, the form asks for your name, email, subject and message, and may collect an optional telephone number or organization name. Please avoid submitting passwords, authentication tokens or confidential customer records.

How inquiries are used

Information submitted through the website is sent to ESBA’s inquiry or support endpoint so the team can route the request, communicate with you and assist with the matter you raised.

Security and processing

ESBA should maintain appropriate safeguards for contact information and service requests. Specific retention, access, sharing, and deletion policies require approval and verification before the notice is used in production.

Website preview and analytics

The V2 preview itself does not intentionally load third-party analytics or marketing libraries; standard server and browser infrastructure may process normal request metadata. Cookie and analytics disclosures must be reviewed when the production site is configured.

Language preference cookie: when you choose a language, this website saves an esba_v2_language cookie for up to one year to remember your selection. It is used for language preference, not advertising or analytics. You may change the selection at any time using the Language menu.
